I recently had a party for my daughter while my wife was away on a business trip. My daughter had invited all of her friends and was ready to party, but I wasn’t. So a buddy of mine referred me to ABC. The person I talked to was very cordial and the service was fantastic. They really saved me; they were at my house in no time. The inflatable and concession equipment were clean. My daughter had a great time she didn’t want it to go. Thanks ABC I will definitely be calling again because they literally brought the party to us.

ABC Concessions supported our military Family Day for over 550 Soldiers and Family Members at George Ward Park Birmingham, Alabama last week. The set-up crew set up all moon bounces and the whirly bird up on-time and showed us how to operate the snow cone and cotton candy machine. All party rentals and supplies for rental machines (snow cones and cotton candy) were delivered clean and on-time. Customers will need to purchase your own ice, but ABC will provide all snow cone materials, as well as supplies for the cotton candy machine in your cost estimate. The trackless train was awesome, all children and family members enjoyed this event. Tear down crew was excellent too. ABC Concessions left one attendant on-site to ensure there were no problems with generators or any of the rides and equipment. Thank you so much ABC Concessions for making our event a tremendous success!

I called three party rental companies and left messages on their voice mail. ABC was the only one to return my call. I really did not know what I wanted and didn’t have much to spend; all I knew is that I wanted something special for my twins (a boy and girl eleven years old). Virginia at ABC was so helpful; she was cordial and patient. It was like I had known her for a long time. She helped me plan their party; it was a success and it was exactly what we wanted. In other words, she worked with me and made it affordable. I appreciate ABC and especially Virginia.

One Saturday I was at Sam's Wholesale around noon, completing my
daughter's birthday party shopping. My husband called and told me
that the bounce house I order for her birthday party at 3 p.m. could
not be delivered because our friend who worked at the moonwalk place
had not cleared it with his boss. I saw these guys setting up two
moonwalks for United Way and I inquired about a bouncer for the
party. They called the warehouse, placed the order, and the inflatable
was at my house by the time I got there (27 miles away). They were
uniformly dressed, courteous, and professional. But most off all
the bounce house was clean. I was expecting to be charged extra
for ordering on such a short notice and for such a long distance
for delivery. They did not charge any extra. I will always remember
ABC and highly recommend them.
